Hey there, I'm Jackie, and I’m the Property Manager at AE. I've been navigating the housing industry since 1996, and my journey as a property manager began in 2013. Not just a real estate agent, but a proud mother of five and happily married for 30 years, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and a personal touch to the world of real estate.


Growing up in a family where both my dad and husband were builder/developers, real estate is more than just a job—it's a passion rooted in my family's history. Working with people is what I love, and as a property manager, I excel in getting the job done efficiently while being empathetic to ensure the perfect match between residents and properties.

Outside of my work, I love to be active and outdoors. I am passionate about martial arts which has taught me discipline and focus. I enjoy this sport with my two sons, which brings me to my most fulfilling role, being a “boy mom”.

I am a Memphis native and currently reside in Lakeland, TN. Growing up, I had the unique experience of being homeschooled which instilled in me a strong sense of independence and love for learning. I am the seventh of eight siblings. Family will always be one of my highest priorities. I worked in banking for 10 years, from a teller to Senior Director of Sales. I gained diverse skills in customer service, operations, marketing and lending. 


Since 2018, I've been a licensed real estate professional and thrive on the opportunities to walk alongside and counsel families and individuals through life changes. I am passionate about cultural diversity and I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I'm a mother of two daughters and a host mom to a foreign exchange student. My ultimate goal is to nurture love for Jesus and others.
